1st trimmer diet chart doctor's please correct this chart if wrong. 06:00 AM - Tea along with eggs 1 soak anjeer & Apple🍎 07:00 AM - Banana🍌 with beetroot juice 08 :00 AM - Kiwi🥝/ Guava with curd/ lassi & soak raisins 09:00 AM - Pear🍐 10:00 AM - Pomegranate with soak almond 11:00 AM - Coconut water 12:00 PM - Orange 🍊 02:00 PM - LUNCH along with cucumber 05:00 PM - 1 bowl of Gram with lemon,onion,coriander 07:00 PM - roasted gram/ Makhana 10:00 PM - light Dinner along with beetroot & cucumber 10:30 PM - meds with Protinex in milk 11:00 - Sleep

A. hi. insted of takin somthing each hour you may have a healthy protien rich breaskfast once in morning. and in late morning can havecsome fruits. all the best
