Q.

I have twins one boy and one girl. Now they are 9 month and 2 days old but still they did not sleep well in the night and wake up every 2 or 3 hours. Can you please suggest diet or solution so that post 10:00 PM till 5 or 6: AM they can have a good slip. Currently there diet is like this 1. 9:00 Am - Excellapro 2 milk 120 ml 2. 11:00 -12:00 PM - Ragi nachani one small bowel 3. 3:00 PM - mash half chapati and milk to one child each 4. 6:00 PM - Moong dal rice one small bowl each 5. Cow Milk 120 ml at 8:00 PM 6. Cow Milk 120-150 ml at 10:00 PM 7. Cow mil 100 ml at 12:00 -1:00 PM 8. Cow milk/excellapro Nan 2 - 100-120 ml between 3:00 AM to 5:00 Am

A. all look ok. can continue this if ur baby is gaining weight and accepting cow milk. try to give all freshly prepared home food oy to ur baby. tc

A. You check your schedule that how are you maintaining for the child you are practically giving only milk to the child during the night and where is the dinner this actually no dinner in the meal plan that you have posted your child is basically living on milk only which is why your child is feeling hungry every now and then you should be giving proper dinner to the child by the time of eight or 9 PM at least one hour or 1 1/2 prior before your child wants to sleep this kind of behaviour is only happening because your child is not having anything solid at this age during the night I am a child should be having proper meal Dal rice Roti sabji Paratha whatever you want to see that at the problem is that your child is actually having only milk during the night time that is why your child keeps waking up due to hungerWrite Your Answer Here
