Q.
my baby is 6 and half month, I started giving home made cerelac from last 2 weeks and started apple puree from last one week, now he had cold and dry cough. mother in law is telling bcz of apple only he had cold and chest congestion Is it true can I stop giving apple puree to my baby pls suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. it's not because of apple, common cold are viral infections.. stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and put nasal saline drops.
