Q.

my baby is 5month old now how I reduce my weight I have no time for walking and exercise .please suggest me on this

A. Hi dear mom If u don't have time for exercise and walk then need to change ur eating habits. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat, drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body, avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food, have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism. Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc. Do not skip meals.
