A. actually he has mild cold with no other symptom, like no sneezing, no fever only sometimes we feel that some sound coming from one side, feeding is proper, and we are giving him steam inhalation so should we give him 45 days vaccine dose. I think it was bcoz of Ac temperature, it is not viral cold, dr advice not to give any medicine for this.

A. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is donre and accordting to the type of cough its prescribed. if any fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .
