My baby is 5 month old- since three days he is vomitting whenever he eat cerlac or drink milk. Please advice what could be the reason for his frequent vomitting. Is this due to cold?because he have cold

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find ouvnt the the treatment for further management consult dr.
