my baby is 5 month old should I start water

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear mum, water should be introduced after completion of 6 months once baby gets used to top food. until then u shud exclusively breastfeed. breast milk fulfills babys hydration needs till 6 months.
