my baby is 4 month old i dont kep him in exposee of sunlight bcz its too hot here is there any harm .i m giving him d3.

Hello mom Mostly doctors recommend to give vitamin D3 drops at least till baby turned one-year-old so you should just continue giving it and there is no need to keep your baby out. If possible then you should take your baby early morning. Because early morning sunlight is very beneficial for babies
