Q.

My baby is 3 months old. She sleeps peacefully whole day and night till 9:00 PM. Will be half active half asleep until 12:00 AM. Goes to deep sleep after 12:00 AM. How do I make her sleep by 8:00AM and make her play during the day.? Please suggest me.

A. Ma’am you have to keep the child away for a little duration during the daytime and that is how slowly the pattern is going to change because for initial six months there is no such sleep pattern for the child so what you are willing to do will change automatically between the age of 6 to 12 months

Q. I have twins one boy and one girl. Now they are 9 month and 2 days old but still they did not sleep well in the night and wake up every 2 or 3 hours.
