Hello ma’am Maybe that you are applying some cream which is not suiting the child’s would advise you to stop using any cream onto the face for the time being and start applying NMFE vitamin E cream it’s available at a medical store or online it’s good for dry skin so start using this on an every day basis for as long as you want to
