My baby is 3 months 20 days old he is on mother's feed and passing urine normally but it's been 9 days he has not poop atall.he is active normal taking feeds...only concern is not pooping..tried applying oil on naval, massage but still it's been 9 days he has not pass stool atall.kindly help me plz
