my baby is 3 months 19 days old and i had c section delivery , can i do some exercise??

A. dear mum, since it has already been 3 months 19 days since your c section, you can begin to exercise now. you can begin with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga.

A. After completing the age of six months you can go for a brisk walk and about 9 to 10 months when you are physically fit with all your stitches heels that’s when you can go ahead with further workout for that also you’ll have to take a clarity with your gynaecologist
