Q.

my baby is 3 month old n m exclusively breastfeeding him.... no formula milk at all .... then to my periods start... is it normal???

A. yes its ok. just care of contraception ok. thats all. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okYou can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatment

A. mine too mera to delivery ke one month baad hi periods hogaye.. i m also breast feeding my child( exclusively). dont worry

A. Hello dear parent! Absolutely normal. It all depends on hormonal changes. Few moms get their periods immediately even while breastfeeding and few others don’t get even after one year. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
