Hello My kid is 2.5 months old n m exclusively giving him breastfeed only once or max twice in 24 hrs m giving him formula milk now I got my periods Whereas dr. told me that when u are breastfeeding you won't get your periods is it normal to have my periods back

A. yes dear definitely yeah that's true because of the hormonal changes in the body and because of the breastfeeding from others cannot get periods during that time period but its not mandatory that you will not have the periods at all having periods is completely normal while feeding your baby
