Q.

hi . I exclusively breastfeed my 3 month old boy. I haven't used any formula. I m a breastfeeding mom from his birth. I got my periods 2 days back. i have read that breastfeeding mom will get her period late. but y did i get my periods so soon? is it somethin to worry about? does it affect my milk to my baby? plz suggest

A. hello dear it's absolutely normal..Each and every one has it different..it's totally normal..After a months and after a year both are normal they say.. regarding milk supply might be little changes in taste and supply level due to hormones..but it won't be a problem

A. Hi mommy It’s not compulsory to have lactation amenorrhea in every women.. It’s completely normal and common No need to worry It’s doesn’t cause any harm Take a good care of your baby Take ajwian fenugreek satavari tablet to increase your milk supply
