Hello See you should make your child to more of physical activities at this age kids really enjoy doing exercise in like running jumping making yoga postures all of these things you should start doing with your child because you are so flexible that they can learn to do all these things so this is going to help them making physical growth and for mental you should give good amount of fruits and food to the child what is important and also with the age you will know there could be a lot of brain exercise is that you can do with your child so that go ahead with that also for a good mental growth
