my baby is 25 days old. my heartbeat is going high while breastfeeding. is it OK? another is my nipples are not soft it's too painful. is their any cream or any remedy for this.and it should be safe for baby also. please suggest something TIA

A. this is normal to have painful nipples as you are lactating.. you can apply nipples soothing cream as himalaya nipples soothing cream or mama earth nipples soothing cream.. take care..
