my baby is 20 months..and he hardly say any word..only say papa and 2-3 words not even say mumma..i have tried everything..shown YouTube videos..pls suggest what to do

A. Hello good morning !! What about other milestones, cognitive skills .. Is baby asking her needs, responding to commands, giving direct eye contact or not.. If baby is active achieving all milestones, direct eye contact, responding to commands then ok as it is earlier to assess.. If you observe not responding to commands, cranky while want anything not telling with words,no direct eye contact then consult developmental paediatrician for assessment.. Avoid screen time until 2-3 years no gadget is suggested for babies. Instead talk more with Baby, outing, parks evening walks,baby gear , playing with kids improves in mingling and speech..m
