Q.

my baby is 2 yrs 3 m old but she is very thin. her diet is like morning 8-9: milk 10:10:30- ceregrow more than half bowl 12-1pm- milk 2-3pm - dal and rice after grind 5-5:30- milk 7-7:30- dal roti after grind 10-10:30-ragi please advice if I can change or add anything in this.

A. all fine , After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy. Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis. Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.
