Q.

As of now..our baby’s diet on maximum days is as below 7:30-8 - milk with pediasure about 150ml 9:30-10 - 1 banana 12:30 - dal rice with mix veggies/paneer / curd 3:30- milk with pediasure 150 ml 8:30 : rice dal with ghee In between he has snacks like puffed wheat,fruits etc . Is this diet okay?

A. Dear ma’am, give your kid typical three meals and two healthy snacks daily to meet her growth requirements. As much as possible avoid proprietary health drinks. Instead you can given fruit milkshake one time and multigrain porridge another time
