Q.

My daughter is 8 months old. Her diet plan is 6 am - formula milk, 11 am - formula milk, 2:30 - cerelac, 6 pm - banana , 8 pm - boiled potato or daal but small quantity, 9:30- formula milk, 12:30 am - formula milk. Is it sufficient?

A. hi, if he us growing well, active than it's fine.. do add more verity in food, add millets, other pulses, veggies n other fruit n dry fruits too.. tc

A. Hii try to include vegetable soup - tomato lauki carrot. And add ragi any one time instead of formula milk.

A. See if you look at your schedule you are giving most of the times formula milk only to the child so instead of giving formula milk all the time give proper lunch and dinner like porridge or KG Suji Kheer Upma Halwa something which is going to be feeling and which is going to be held gaining food for the child what you are giving is okay but not sufficient as per the ageWrite Your Answer Here
