My son is 15 month old. He is very active. His routine is 8 - 8:30 milk, morning snacks 10-10:30 porridge of oats or suji or dahlia 11:30 - 12 fruits whatever is available 2:30-3 meal (rice and curry) 5 pm milk 6-6:30 snacks 7:30- 8:30 dinner (rice with curry) 9:30- milk His milk intake is very less...total milk intake is less than 400 ml. I am trying my level best but still he is growing thin day by day. His ribs bones are also sometime visible. Kindly suggest what should i give him to be bit healthy.

A. Dear mum, the milk intake of your baby has to be at least 500 ml every day. You can give milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You should continue to breastfeed till 2 years. You can also give fruit smoothies or milk with dry fruits powder to enhance the taste.
