the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg

control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
Piyali ChatterjeeMom of a 3 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. mam, you can give the baby fruit juice as she doesn't eat the fruits. you have to give her home made food, that you all take in breakfast lunch & dinner. allow the baby to take food with you all.
