my baby is 2 months old. he got cold and nasal congestion more than 15days..i tried wykoryl AF and nasomist drop.. but still cold is there.. can i give him immunity booster... which immunity booster drop is good for २ months old baby.. plus he is having vomtting issue.. vomits after evry feeding even after proper burp

A. two months of age please see the doctor. in monsoon season baby will be having cold and cough frequently due to viral infections sometimes allergies please give steam inhalation frequently and saline drops in the nose of the baby
