My baby is 2 months old and she is having cold since 15 days and she is feeding well and passing urine10-12 times a day no breathing issue. But in the morning i hear gur gur sound with cold and in day time there is no such symptom. Im giving shell cold syrup twice a day. How long should i use the syrup when will the cold go off
