A. no such pic is visible, as far for umbilical granuloma good to show to your pardriatician in person. Details of clinical examination is important. continue with exclusive breast feeding.

A. hello mum no picture is showing here you have to pose the question once again with the picture moreover if it is like balloon or the naval is popping out then this can be because of the hernia as well so you please once again post the question or consult with doctor
