Q.

My baby is 2 month old now my breastmilk is not enough for her so I am feeding her with lectogen after breastfeed Is there any suggestion to increase breast milk? I am also using manual brest pump sometime i can pump 100ml, 90ml but mostly 60ml only

A. U Can try your hands on lactation granules lactation capsule is easily available in the market so you can have anything if they help in increasing and you know producing sufficient breast milk for the child then you can continue with them otherwise giving lactogen is also completely fine
