Q.

My baby is 2 month old. Iam having body pains and slight temperature. can I have paracetamol tablet? is it safe to use as iam breastfeeding?

A. yes ot is safe to give. Mother feeding should be exclusive at least till 6 month of age of not directly then expressed milk can be tried. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .

A. hello yes you can take paracetamol and dolo 650 is safe to betaken while you are breast-feeding your baby and also take precautions while you feed the baby and make sure to wear a mask while you feed the baby which would be better and safe also
