my baby is 2.5months old. she has cold from yesterday and blocked nose sometimes. little wheesing sound is also there. giving nasoclear sos. she is sneezing also, but no fluid is coming out. she has developed it from most likely me as i am having little cold due to the weather. please suggest what to do.

A. cold is mostly fluhf infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help also give steam inhalation and hot sgaline gargles .
