Q.
my baby is 2.5 years that she has cold being last 5days i giving her zrycold syrup but that cold is ther and she has running nose and than i am giving her calcium syrup also and vitamin also can i stop ths syrup for while and i used advert syrup for her today but i don't know to give her or not because she has cold and light body laso warm so i check the temperature but temperature is normal but her body was wram plz suggest me what i do

Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inshalation . anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. for fever and pain give paracetamol continue the regsular diet which is being given to the child
