advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits.
when given in proper quantity accordcing to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplementcs from this food only.
this will help in improving the weight height growth immunity and nutrition of the child.
weather any nutritional deficiency is there or not will de told by your doctor .
Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hey mommy the trick is to get her interested by increasing her appetite give her her favorite foods by including a healthy twist. if she likes pasta. make it in pumpkin sauce and add the Italian mix to it.
give juices if she does not like fruits.ttyl Also try and have dabba parties at home with other kids. they love to eat with kids around. once the lockdown is over.
also at the end of it if she is active there is nothing to worry. some are just genetically blessed to put on weight slowly. focus on starch rich foods like pasta rice, chicoo, banana mango etc
