During summer give variety of Khichdi, curd rice, lemon rice,poha, custard, fruit salad, curd -roti. Give fluids at regular intervals like buttermilk, milk, coconut water fresh fruits.

U Actually should focus more on water based diet only because in summer squid require more of water so if you can give more of water than nothing like it is going to be good so try to give the food which is easy and light for your child to digest that is also going to help quite a lot in the same
