my baby is 14 month old and we are living in 45-48° temperature. He is not eating any food and fruit since 2 days drinking only water and asking more for breastfeeding.

A. Hello mom in such climate it is quite normal to have loss of appetite and have more of water , give him fresh fruit juice , coconut water , sugar cane juice etc
