My baby is 13 months old she is having a diaper rash on poo area from past 1 month trying many creams for it but no result and from past 1 month not putting her diaper also my paediatric suggest Tbact and apply coconut oil......but not cured plz suggest

A. Apply Vaseline before putting diaper and naje sure you are using the right size diaper for the baby and give diaper free time to vaby during day time and change it after every four hours or immediately if soiled by potty
