No need to worry, some kids get their first milk teeth a little late than others. teeth may erupt anytime from 6 months to 18 months. usually by their first birthday. if you're seeing signs of eruption such as excessive drooling, swelling of gums, irritation then you can gently massage the gum area with clean finger to facilitate eruption process.
