ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. usually teeth erupt during the time of first birthday. so wait for some more time and meanwhile keep checking for the signs of teething.

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Teething in babies happens between 4 and 15 months of age. Delayed or late teething is normal these days and not a cause of concern until your baby is 15 months old. If the delay is longer than 18 months, you should consult your dentist.
