my baby is 11 months and he is not yet crawling and walking..is it normal?

yes it is normal
because usually babies learn to crawl at the age between 8 to 11 months and it is also normal among them to skip whole phase of crawling.
they learn to walk at the age between 12 to 18 months.
so don't worry
offer homemade healthy food
keep your child well hydrated
give Massage to your child daily
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
