my baby is 10 months .potty is so hard and painful .what to do ?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 10 months old and she is having her stools very hard so painful then you should give her 5 ml syrup duphalac at the night times

A. Hi mom Potty is hard due to constipation. Increase the intake of water and fiber food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia etc in ur baby's diet to get relief from constipation. Give warm milk with ghee before sleeping to get relief from constipation
