#asktheexperts my baby's potty s not regular,sometime it become so hard that is very painful to come out potty ..

A. Make sure to include fibre rich fruits and vegetables in the baby food on a daily basis. Giving a ripe banana each day could help with softening the stools. If the child is struggling much please consult with your doctor he may prescribe a laxative.
