boy 3 years old he is not doing potty After 3 days also. please suggest potty is also getting hard and its painful to discharge it

A. Hi mom Less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation. Increase the intake of water and fiber food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia etc in ur baby's diet. Give half tsp of honey with warm water two times a day to get relief from constipation
