Q.

my baby is 10 months old and not sitting independently. she pulls her self up using people nxt to her or furniture n sits on her knees for some time. she also sits in tripod style independently on her own. she has started to hold furniture and stand. is this normal. how long should a baby take to sit independently on her own.

A. sitting without support should come by 12 months of age and if it is absent after 12 months of age then it is important to meet your doctor to assess the growth milestones of the child

A. Hi mom No need to worry It will correct soon Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Burp well after every feeding Stay hydrated Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
