My baby is 10 month 6 day's old and she doesn't eat anything without cerelac what can I do for it

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom you have to gradually reduce his cerelac intake , that can only work wonders , also add in some flavours to their food . And offer variety as well too it would be good

please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
you can give small quantity of soji halva sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc
please gradually decrease formula food
please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
