My baby is 10 days old how to increase breastmilk quality and quantity please suggest any lactation Doctor

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days.
And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself
check for proper position and latching.

You can take lactation supplement like Shatavari powder and you can also want you can meet a lactation specialist in person wherever paediatrician is they can always advise you with a lactation specialist or even with your gynaecologist advise you can visit one
