my baby is 10.5 months old.he is suffering from cold for the past 20 days,now he's ok there is no cold but grunting sound comes and also he has fast breath when playing.he is active and playing very well.whats the problem?

A. flucold syrup to the baby h c xCold and cough in small babies because of viral infections due to less immunity in the baby treat them sympatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will subside in one week time
