my baby is 1 yrs 4 months she don't eat her food properly now a days, urine output is very less I give a lots of water but still she does not passes urine more...also doesn't passes stool everyday does it alternate day's that to little hard need solution for the same I little worried about her now.

A. You should give one or two prunes daily to the child and give fibre rich fruits and vegetables like pear papaya apricots fig spinach and give more water to drink and give coconut water
