my baby is 5months old her urine output is only 5times a day can I give water? is it normal

A. Hi dear mom Baby should pass out urine 6-8 times in 24 hours. If the urine output is less than 6 then feed more frequently to keep ur baby hydrated as breast has sufficient water to keep ur baby hydrated. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Water to be introduced once baby completes six months

Now she is fine. but urine output is not increased. she is drinking nearly 300ml water in a day. she is on medication of azithromycin, maxtra, & Paracetamol.
