A. Babies can start walking without support confidently from 1 to 2 years old. Your baby is still 15 months old and she has time to learn this art. Do not rush and do not force her to walk fast. Let her learn at her pace, but let her roam around as practicing will help her. Yes, you should massage her legs and whole body atleast once a day with a mild oil like Babyhug massage oil which will help in opening up the muscles.
