A. all the teeth will come soon. massage your baby's gums with a moist cotton cloth and give silicone teethers to chew on them. hope you have started brushing your child's teeth

A. Hi mom Babies they get whole set of 20 primary teeth by three years of age...so rest of the teeth will come within 3 years. so no need to worry. Take care and all the best
