hello doctor my son is 17 and half month old however he has got only 4 teeth in front is that anything to worry? when will he get the other teeth,any idea

A. hi.. no need to worry. its normal. kids usually get their full 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years. so keep checking for the signs of teething. keep oral hygiene.
