Q.

my son turned 17 month, however he has 4 teeth till yet and no signs of any teeth..can anyone suggest if this is normal?

A. yes it's normal. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor. there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

A. A child can have a complete set can be there by the age of three years so currently there is nothing wrong with with that has already a child is having 4 teeth and others will come over the period absolutely nothing to be worried about as of now this is completely normal and common
